This is not a misprint! How would you like to see highlights of your life written and presented to you? I write personalised stories as UNIQUE GIFTS for special occasions
We are never too young or old to tell our stories. I listen with wrapt attention when children tell me how they see the future of our planet and, believe me, they have some brilliant solutions to what they see is not working. I also listen to older people, and ask them to tell me an inspiring story, something that happened to them which could be described as “out of this world.”
If you would like to submit a story to us by mail or email, then I will write it up for you in such a way that the story is likely to be seen as inspirational to your close friends and family, those who will benefit from hearing or reading these gems of wisdom.
The cost for such a service will depend on the number of hours spent, and the type of presentation e.g. simply emailed back to you, or printed on nice paper which could be rolled into a scroll.
There is a sample memoir under Sample Fables called Tony’s Rock Shop; an emailed story of similar length would cost around $200. One like the real Stone Soup story, also under Sample Fables, would be around $300. (Tip: The more material I have to work from the better and it keeps the price down for you.)
Ideally, you would send notes and anecdotes and indicate clearly whether this is your story or that of a relative. I can write a story or a fable. If you would like a fable, then please give me some options as to the type of character you would like me to use instead of a person. Someone may see themselves as an eagle, in which case it would be the eagle who has the adventures and whose wisdom is recounted.
If the memoir is intended for a special birthday or anniversary, then please allow at least three weeks, especially if you would like the story mailed to you.
